Year/Make/Model or VIN for each vehicle.
Name/Date of Birth/Drivers license # for each driver.
Accidents/Violations within the last 36 months.

Most auto insurance companies require we run a "financial responsibility report" to obtain the best rating tier for you. Social Security #'s are not necessary for a quote. Motorist ID (license) numbers will enable us to run Motor Vehicle Reports.
